Don't use heavy lotions or oils before your session.
Make sure to be properly hydrated for before and after throughout the day.
Don't do heavy lifting exercises before and after each session or throughout the 10 series.
Try not to have a heavy meal before your session. It’s always good to have room for a nice meal afterwards.
For men- Underwear or loose fitted shorts.
For woman- (bottoms) Underwear/bikini or loose fitted shorts.
(top) bikini, full coverage bra/sports bra
(no g-strings or thong)
Each body is different, you may feel new sensations after each session. You may experience lightness and a heightened sense of awareness in your body. Some feel stronger with more balance, while some may feel tiredness and hunger. A good walk and light stretching will help the body to integrate the structural changes after your session.
